Location and Security
The facility is located underground in central Israel, covering 12,500 sqm. It is blast-protected and built to meet strict physical security and operational continuity requirements.
Power and Infrastructure
Certified as Tier III by Uptime Institute. Total power capacity is 16MW, with 10MW allocated to IT load. Infrastructure is designed for redundancy and continuous service availability.
IT Space and Autonomous Operations
Provides 4,500 sqm of net IT whitespace, configurable for various densities and deployment models. Supports up to 72 hours of autonomous operation in case of power or utility failure.
Connectivity and Management
Carrier-neutral design with access to multiple local and international fiber routes. Operated by CBRE, following standardized procedures for compliance, monitoring, and maintenance.
